Become a courier

Read the terms, fill in your details and sign online. We review the file and then give you a login and password for the app.

1. Basics

  • Joining is free. No registration fee.
  • Papers: cà vẹt, CCCD and a valid driving licence.
  • Uniform and delivery bag are provided free.

2. Taking jobs

  • Jobs are not auto-accepted. Before you take one you see distance, fare, item count and the details you need.
  • A new job is offered to the rider closest to the restaurant. It stays on screen for 30 seconds; if you don’t take it, it goes to someone else.

3. Cash and advances

  • If the guest pays cash, you advance the restaurant and collect from the guest.
  • Proof of payment is the restaurant tapping “I received the money”.
  • If the order is more than you can advance, contact Costera at once — we pay the restaurant directly.
  • After you advance and accept, Costera reimburses the ride from your start point to the restaurant.

4. How the fee is calculated

  • Restaurant → guest = 100% of the rate (e.g. 5,000 ₫/km).
  • Start → restaurant = 20% below the main rate (at 5,000 ₫/km that is 4,000 ₫/km).
  • If the guest changes the drop-off after you already arrived, the extra is billed at 20% below the main rate.
  • If the new address is more than 500 m from the first drop-off, Costera pays the extra distance.

5. Special cases

  • Guest cancels after you advanced — Costera refunds/adjusts so you are not out of pocket.
  • Guest cancels when you are already at the drop-off — we review and compensate fairly.
  • Force majeure (accident, personal emergency) — the cancel is accepted. Repeated cancels pause new offers.

6. Rules and protection

  • 10% commission only on completed deliveries.
  • Pay 4,000–8,000 ₫/km, about 15–20 jobs a day.
  • No extra cash from the guest outside the app.
  • No threats, insults or asking for extra money.
  • Only Costera decides guest refunds.
  • If the restaurant or guest is at fault, you do not take unfair financial loss.

After you sign, wait for approval. Login and password appear on the same contract page.
