Terms of service

By placing an order you confirm you are 18+ (or ordering with a guardian’s consent), gave a valid phone and address, and will pay by the chosen method.

An order may include several stores. Each store accepts its own part. If a store does not accept in time or cancels, that store’s items are removed and the total is recalculated.

Payment: cash to the courier or VietQR to the company account. QR orders go to the kitchen only after funds arrive.

We may refuse service if the address is unreachable, the store is closed, an item is unavailable, or we suspect fraud.
