For stores

This page is for Costera Food partners: how you appear on the site and how the cabinet works.

Storefront. Items on home and menu show only if the store is switched on and it is within working hours (Nha Trang time). Outside hours you look closed, same as the power toggle. Your /store page lists the hours. Customers cannot add from a closed store, including Quick View.

On your store page dishes follow the order you set. Home uses platform popularity and search.

Rating. If a dish has reviews and the average is below 6/10, it is hidden from the home catalog but stays on your store page until you hide it. We do not delete unfair reviews; you can reply.

Language. Guests see names in the site language. The order stores the guest language; your cabinet shows the same lines in the panel language (RU/EN/VI).

Several stores in one cart. By default guests may mix kitchens. In profile you can forbid shared carts — then your item cannot join another store, and checkout rejects the mix.

Store referral: 10% of food without delivery when a guest uses your link at another store. Your own code cuts Costera commission (usually 10% instead of 20%). Copy the link in the cabinet; click stats are there too.

Payouts. QR: the guest pays us, your share is accrued; “Costera owes” is accrued QR minus already paid out. Cash: the courier brings money, you confirm receipt. QR refunds show on the order and in analytics.

Stock. 0 and “in stock” = unlimited. A number > 0 is that many portions. Preorder uses the preorder button and a time slot.

Photo, phone, map pin and cuisine countries wait for admin approval after a change. Hours, discounts, free-delivery threshold, referral code and the multi-store ban save immediately.

A low score, a paused store or night hours are not a bug. Check the toggle, hours and whether the dish is hidden.
