Delivery and to-the-door

Delivery is priced along the route: nearest restaurant → other pickup points → customer address, per kilometre.

Free delivery applies only when a store enabled its own threshold and that store’s subtotal meets it.

To-the-door: the courier brings the order to the apartment/room if the building allows it. +9,000 ₫. If delivery is free for the customer, to-the-door is also free.

It may fail: no elevator on a high floor, security refuses entry, a hotel blocks non-guests, a gated condo. Then handover is at the entrance/reception.
